First Financial Bank

We worked with Commerce House in Dallas to create this TV spot for First Financial Bank celebrating 125 years in business. The agency’s idea was pretty crazy—in a good way. To capture the signature of every single bank employee (about 900) and then use those signatures to make up the final image—a seemingly impossible task. But that’s why we’re called Impossible Engine. After some pretty extensive R&D, we decided to send a dozen iPads around to all of the 70 or so bank locations all over Texas. Combined with an iPad art app, some highly detailed instructions, some occasional tech support, and some custom scripting once we got the signatures back in-house, we were able pull off this really cool effect.
